However, in all cases, if you wish to return all or part of our products, please be assured that we are fully committed to accepting the returned product and refunding your money in full. Please review the information below to learn more about our Return Policy.

Requirements

The return policy applies to all products available at the Ready Mobile store.

The product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase, in its original packaging, and must not have been used.

If the product was purchased using a Visa card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase. The refund period is subject to the policy of the bank or electronic payment provider.

If the product was purchased using cash on delivery or through a bank transfer, we will transfer the product value to the customer’s bank account after obtaining their banking details.

If you receive the wrong product, a product that does not match the described specifications, or a shipment that arrives in damaged condition, Ready Mobile will bear all shipping and replacement costs.

We do not offer product exchanges; only returns are available.

The refund amount will be returned after the product has been inspected and verified.

Return Period
You have 14 days to submit a refund request after your order has been delivered. We apologize, but we cannot accept any returns after 14 days, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law.

There are some cases in which we may not be able to approve a return:

If the return request is submitted outside the specified timeframe of 14 days from delivery.

If the product is not in the same condition in which it was received, or if it has been used or damaged by the customer.

If anything is missing from the received product, including price tags, labels, original packaging, or accessories.

Any spare parts listed under non-returnable products.

The AI agent will create a return ticket, and our team will respond to you within 48 hours.

Please make sure to attach the original purchase invoice with the returned shipment.

An AI agent will contact you within 5–7 days from the date you requested the return to confirm the arrival of the shipping company’s representative.

The returned product will be inspected and reviewed for approval within a reasonable period of time.

In Case You Receive the Wrong Product
In the unusual event that the item you received is incorrect, you may return it in the same condition in which you received it, in the original box and/or packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
